The Esteemed office of the Herald
The local heraldic officer is in charge of making announcements and helping people research their names and heraldic devices.
We are beyond luck to have Chu Fu Chang Wu Yun (MKA Emily Enscore) as our Shire's Herald. She has since started a heraldry department much to the envy of many!
